We will conduct professional training and project briefings with all of our sales agents located both locally and internationally. This will motivate them to embrace more effective ways to acquire better knowledge on the projects, property market and economy for both local and international markets.
Our sales agents adopt proactive approach to initiate contact with their clients instead of passively waiting for enquiries. We always encourage our sales agents to actively source new leads and convert them into sales by arranging appointments with their clients. We want to ensure our sales agents will participate in sales and marketing activities with their clients constantly.
From January 2014 till second half of Year 2015, we had participated more than 50 sales and marketing activities in Property Road Shows, Exhibitions, Official Property Launches and Private Preview Events.
